Leigh Caiger is a Senior Director in the Organizational Effectiveness practice at McLean & Company. She manages the advisory team for McLean & Company’s HR diagnostic tools, including the Employee Engagement Program, the McLean Employee Experience Monitor, the New Hire and Employee Exit Surveys, and 360 Degree Feedback. In her role, Leigh works directly with clients to identify meaningful insights from survey data and develop action plans to bring about change. Drawing on her experience working with clients across industries and geographies, she brings a strategic mindset when designing survey programs that meet clients’ goals and business objectives. Leigh brings over fifteen years of human resources and consulting experience from organizations in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining McLean & Company, she was a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Ryerson University, honing her expertise in the areas of engagement, team effectiveness, strategic planning, change management, customized learning, and leadership development. She was also a Consultant with Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions. Her career has included HR generalist roles with Dell Canada and C.O.R.E. Digital Pictures. She holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and an Honours BA in Psychology from Queen’s University.
