Tiffany A. Buckley-Norwood is a principal in the Detroit, Michigan, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and a co-leader of the Healthcare industry group. She provides preventative employment law counseling and efficient litigation defense to clients of diverse sizes and industries, especially those in healthcare, manufacturing, and nonprofit services. Tiffany’s law practice focuses on three specific equal employment opportunity / affirmative action areas: disability accommodation, diversity and inclusion best practices, and appropriately responding to internal complaints (minimizing retaliation claims). Complementing these focus areas, Tiffany partners with clients on the strategic creation and implementation of company-wide policies and OFCCP-compliant affirmative action plans. Tiffany is also a frequent author and presenter, with over 30 presentations and over 20 published works. In her spare time, Tiffany is passionate about volunteering as a pro bono attorney, in addition to other civic activities. She is also the mother of two children and enjoys experiencing new cultures through travel, films and food.
